“I have worked in the building industry for over 11 years and have a great deal of knowledge about the process of building a house and what to look out for when choosing your dream block of land. I have extensive experience in planning permit applications and planning scheme guidelines. My passion is to provide customers with quality service and product at an affordable price. When I’m not working I am often found volunteering in community projects in my home town of Clunes.”

A professional writer and editor, Lily brings an eye for detail to our plans and reports. With a passion for process and customer service, she enjoys seeing through projects to their successful conclusion. Lily has been with Central Vic Planning Consultants for 8 years, learning the ins and outs of being a town planner and is an integral part of the business.

Deirdre has a background in animal biology, however she fell into accounting and found she is very good at it! She is always up for a challenge and has been an integral part of the team for 7 years now.

Having recently used the services of your firm and more specifically Ms Tessa Halliday, for the recent planning application of my new family home, I would like to say how simple and stress free the whole process was made.
Nothing was too much trouble for Tessa who kept me informed of the applications progress with council and dealt with and negotiated the many issues the council had along the way.
