Planning permit applications

Your fee includes a a detailed assessment of your proposal, reports to address the planning scheme against your proposal, permit application forms, and follow up of the permit’s progress until council makes a decision and issues an approval or refusal.

We provide regular updates on the progress of your application as it proceeds.

Getting Started

To receive a quote on your planning application, just send a copy of your title and title plan and a brief description of your proposal to info@vicplanning.com.au.  You will have a quote within 5 business days and a clear idea of what will be required for your project.

All work is subject to a 10% administration fee which is calculated using the total of all your CVPC fees. It excludes all external fees.
