Planning permit applications

Your fee includes a pre application meeting with council if required, production of the detailed assessment against the planning scheme as a report, permit application forms, and follow up of the permit’s progress until council makes a decision and issues an approval or refusal.

We provide regular updates on the progress of your application as it proceeds.

Getting Started

To receive a quote on your planning application, just send a copy of your title and title plan and a brief description of your proposal to info@vicplanning.com.au.  You will have a quote within 5 business days and a clear idea of what will be required for your project.
