Planning permit applications

Your fee includes one site visit, pre application meeting with council if required, production of the planning scheme report, permit application, and follow up of the permit’s progress.

We  follow up with council until the permit has been issued and provide regular updates on its progress.

Getting Started

To receive a quote on your planning application, just send a copy of your title and title plan and a brief description of your proposal to info@vicplanning.com.au.  You will have a quote within 2 business days and a clear idea of what will be required for your project.
