Tessa founded Central Vic Planning Consultants in 2014. She is a dedicated town planner with over 10 years experience in town planning and 9 years in the building industry. She is committed to fostering sustainable, innovative, and community-focused urban environments in Victoria. Her background in the building industry provides invaluable insights and a unique perspective, setting her and the business apart in her ability to navigate complex planning challenges. This expertise allows her to deliver outcomes that not only enhance liveability and economic growth but also align with practical construction realities. She strives to create spaces that reflect the unique needs and aspirations of communities, while adhering to best practices in urban planning and development.

Tessa is very passionate about her local community and always finds the time to volunteer for a number of local community organisations. She is a mother to one and a proud member of the LGBTIQA+ community.
